In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of banquet events, including event setup, guest management, and event execution.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure that all events are well-organized and run according to schedule.,Provide excellent customer service to event guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages during events.,Maintain a clean and organized event space, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients after the event.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies and plans.,Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or events industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a must.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
