📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and profitability.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to drive business growth.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing regular updates to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Identify and address any operational issues or challenges that may arise.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading teams.,Strong understanding of operational and financial management principles.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
