📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of collection agents.
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and online courses.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection agents, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with the collection team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous learning.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the collection department.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to collection agents and customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a training or instructional role, preferably in the finance or debt collection industry.
• Strong knowledge of credit risk management and debt collection processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor others effectively.
• Proficiency in using training management software such as Cornerstone or Docebo.
• Understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and best practices in debt collection.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
