Overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Managing and mentoring staff to achieve high performance standards,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations,Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality,Managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels,Conducting regular staff meetings and performance reviews,Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly,Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role,Proven track record of leadership and team management,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with inventory management and stock control,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Understanding of customer service principles and practices,Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations,Ability to use basic computer software and tools
