📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.,Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Manage relationships with external auditors and ensure smooth audit processes.,Train and mentor junior accountants.,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures.
