📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.,Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business objectives and drive decision-making.,Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.,Create and maintain data visualization tools and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.,Ensure the accuracy and quality of data by implementing data validation and quality control processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of leading data analysis projects.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.,Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.,Familiarity with data governance and compliance regulations is a plus.
