In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling techniques.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and quality.,Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance, making data-driven decisions to improve operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and financial management.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to use POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
