📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the steelmaking process, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
• Implement new technologies and methodologies to improve production processes.
• Conduct regular quality control checks and inspections.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for steelmaking.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in steelmaking technology.
• Proficiency in using steelmaking software such as SIMULAT, Factsage, or similar.
• Strong understanding of steelmaking processes, including Basic Oxygen Furnace (BOF), Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), and Continuous Casting.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
