Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports,Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions,Manage the hospital's budget and financial planning,Oversee the payroll process and ensure compliance with regulations,Conduct audits and reviews of financial records,Provide financial advice and guidance to management,Maintain and update financial systems and software,Handle tax compliance and filing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the healthcare industry,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements
