📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain proper documentation and records.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and other necessary items.,Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and experience in maintaining proper documentation and records.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other relevant software programs.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with other departments.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
