Hub Direct Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our banquet services are delivered with the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction. This is an urgent position, so we are looking for someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and execution of banquet events, including setup, service, and cleanup.,Interact with guests to ensure their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.,Work closely with the event planner and other staff to ensure smooth event execution.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area at all times.,Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.,Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the event.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.,Assist in the inventory management of banquet supplies and equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic banquet equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.,Flexible and adaptable to changing event requirements.,Good time management and organizational skills.
