📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
• Inspect and maintain electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Repair and replace faulty equipment and components as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
• Work with our team to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance work does not disrupt daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in building maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with building maintenance software such as Procore, ServiceMax, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid work permit and ability to work in Bali.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
