This is a full-time position located in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. The salary range for this role is Rp 9.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Monitor production schedules and ensure they are met.
  • Train and supervise production staff.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies are available.
  • Report to the Production Supervisor on a regular basis.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in food production.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
