📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales team by providing support and guidance.,Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales campaigns and events.,Provide excellent customer service to both existing and potential clients.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good understanding of the local market and consumer behavior.,Fluent in Indonesian, with English proficiency being an advantage.
