📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the implementation of engineering projects on-site.,Supervising and coordinating the work of engineers, technicians, and other staff.,Ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.,Conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.,Maintaining and updating project documentation and records.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.,Providing technical guidance and support to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing and supervising engineering projects.,Strong knowledge of relevant engineering principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in engineering projects.
