📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions, offering financial insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
• Present financial reports and analysis to clients, explaining complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of financial analysts.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software, including Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Certification in financial planning and analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CFP) is a plus.
