As the Head Chef, you will lead a team of talented chefs, creating and executing dishes that reflect the rich flavors of Malaysia. You will be responsible for menu development, training staff, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily culinary operations across multiple Warong Din outlets, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement innovative menu items that highlight the unique flavors of Malay cuisine.
• Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.
• Manage inventory and procurement to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the management team to drive sales and customer engagement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for menu improvement.
• Represent the brand at industry events and culinary competitions to showcase the excellence of Warong Din.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar leadership role in the culinary industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple restaurant outlets.
• Strong knowledge of Malay cuisine and its preparation techniques.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene, such as HACCP or similar.
• Proficiency in using kitchen management software, such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with the local market and customer preferences in Bali.
