Diamond Link Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing delicious, high-quality dishes that meet our customers' expectations. You will work closely with our management team to ensure our kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menu items that are in line with our brand's standards and customer preferences.,Supervise and mentor kitchen staff to ensure they are trained and performing at their best.,Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality.,Work closely with the management team to ensure that kitchen operations are running smoothly and efficiently.,Ensure that all dishes are prepared and served in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve our menu and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
