📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage nationwide POS services, ensuring seamless service delivery and SLA compliance.
• Lead and mentor a team of field operations, support, logistics, and warehousing professionals.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Manage inventory levels, optimize stock rotation, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Provide top-notch customer support, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work closely with logistics and warehousing teams to streamline operations and improve service levels.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in field operations, logistics, and customer support.
• Proven track record of leading and managing teams in a retail or service-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of POS systems and inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in logistics management or supply chain operations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Familiarity with the retail industry in Indonesia, particularly in Bali, is a strong advantage.
