📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized product recommendations to customers, based on their specific needs and preferences.
• Offer expert advice on health and wellness topics, helping customers make informed decisions about their self-care routines.
• Assist customers with product selection, application, and usage, ensuring they achieve the best possible results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the health and wellness industry, and share this knowledge with customers and the Watsons team.
• Create a welcoming and engaging shopping environment, fostering a sense of community and trust among customers.
• Work collaboratively with the Watsons team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.
• Promote Watsons' health and wellness initiatives, and encourage customers to adopt healthy living habits.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Watsons' health and wellness offerings, based on customer feedback and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Nutrition, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in health, wellness, or retail, with a strong understanding of health and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively.
• Strong product knowledge, with the ability to recommend and explain health and wellness products to customers.
• Familiarity with Watsons' product range and brand philosophy, and a commitment to promoting healthy living and self-care.
• Ability to work well under pressure, with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role may require occasional travel within Bali.
