Using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams, you'll ensure our employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in today's dynamic agricultural landscape.
As part of a dynamic team, you'll collaborate with department heads to understand their training needs and leverage your expertise in learning and development to create tailored solutions. You'll also conduct regular employee surveys and focus groups to gather insights and continuously improve our training programs. With 5+ years of experience in HR development and a strong background in agricultural or related industries, you'll bring a unique perspective to our organization.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and implement training programs using SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant tools
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees
- Develop and deliver career development workshops and seminars
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs
- Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather insights
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR development
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 5+ years of experience in Human Capital Development or related fields
- Strong background in agricultural industry or related sectors
- Proven track record in designing and implementing training programs
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
- Certification in HR development or related fields is a plus
