In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Handle vehicle procurement, leasing, and disposal as needed.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding fleet matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and local language is a plus.
