Mart Moon Dinamis is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong negotiation and communication skills.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
