📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to understand the needs of the position and the skills required.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen resumes to identify potential candidates for open positions.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Coordinate with hiring managers to gather feedback and make hiring decisions.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
