Asia Garment is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a passion for helping others grow and succeed. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and engagement.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their learning needs and preferences.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
