The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales data, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring smooth administrative processes. This is a full-time position based in Bali, with the flexibility to work from various locations across the island.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain sales data and records in a structured and organized manner.,Coordinate with sales teams to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Support the sales team in scheduling and organizing sales meetings and events.,Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes, including order processing and customer follow-ups.,Maintain and update customer databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional content.,Provide administrative support to the sales manager and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
