📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service.,Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information.,Promote our products and services to potential customers.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the organization and planning of sales events and promotions.,Collaborate with the marketing team to support sales initiatives.,Provide feedback to the sales team on customer interactions and preferences.,Ensure that all sales transactions are processed accurately and promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and tools is an advantage.,Knowledge of the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
