Bussan Auto Finance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Management Officer to join our General Affairs team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of our office facilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment for our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and operation of office facilities, including buildings, equipment, and systems.,Ensure the safety and comfort of employees by managing and coordinating maintenance activities.,Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain budgets for facilities management activities.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.,Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.,Prepare and submit regular reports on facilities management activities and performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of facilities management software and systems.,Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving operational efficiency.,Understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to facilities management.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
