Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Executive to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing shared services and specializing in HRIS (Human Resource Information System). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, a deep understanding of HRIS, and the ability to drive efficiency and innovation in HR processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee shared HR services including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.,Specialize in HRIS implementation, maintenance, and optimization to ensure seamless HR operations.,Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support in HR best practices and policies.,Conduct HR audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives.,Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and maintain accurate HR records.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance HR team skills and knowledge.,Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity and inclusion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.,Proven experience in managing shared HR services and specializing in HRIS.,Strong knowledge of HRIS systems and experience in their implementation and maintenance.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.
