📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Manage a team of chefs and ensure they follow standard operating procedures.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and food costs.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Train and develop junior chefs to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Participate in menu planning and development to meet customer demands and trends.,Resolve any food-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and teams.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Valid food handler's certificate.,Experience in a high-volume restaurant or catering environment is a plus.
