PT Sakti Harapan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for a professional who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training, motivation, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior is a plus.
