ECHO Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a commitment to helping our team members grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Deliver training sessions to employees, ensuring they are engaging and informative.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop customized programs.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees, including conducting interviews and reference checks.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
