Finance Controller (China Project)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of our operations in China, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. You will work closely with our team in Jakarta Selatan to ensure that our financial goals are met and that our operations are running smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial budgets and forecasts for the China Project.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Lead and mentor junior finance team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial control and accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficiency in financial software, including SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.
