📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process employee salaries accurately and on time, using tools like SAP Payroll and Excel.
• Manage deductions, including taxes, insurance, and loan repayments.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Prepare and submit payroll reports to the management.
• Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll processing.
• Provide payroll-related support to the HR team.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in using SAP Payroll and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
