📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.,Maintain and clean baking equipment, including ovens, mixers, and other specialized tools.,Ensure that all baked goods meet quality and safety standards.,Work efficiently to meet production schedules and deadlines.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless food service experience.,Keep up-to-date with the latest baking techniques and trends.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Professional Baker or similar role.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and principles.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
