Airbnb is looking for a Senior Analyst, Frontline Performance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the performance of our frontline teams. You will work closely with team leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Analyze performance data to identify trends and patterns,Develop and implement performance improvement strategies,Collaborate with team leaders to address performance issues,Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports,Conduct training and coaching sessions for frontline teams,Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders,Identify and implement best practices for frontline operations,Work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field,5+ years of experience in performance analysis or a similar role,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite,Experience with performance management systems and tools
